The location is very convenient: very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. price vs. quality. The owner responds very quickly to the messages and deposit was refunded instantly.

It was spotlessly clean. There was a USB plug to charge my phone in the bedroom, which was an added bonus. I figured out that the buses to town were at the end of the street and only 2 euros each way. I had an issue with the TV that was sorted out in no time with the 24/7 assistance the host provides. Could have done with an extra blanket on hand, as the weather was similar to where I had come from 👍.

Good location relatively close to public transport, the beaches and some small supermarkets. The port area has charm but also feels a little bit 'run down' as well. When i first arrived i thought 'oh this area is a bit of a dump' but by the time i left i was so glad i stayed in this area as it really does have a more 'local' and unpretentious feel to it. Felt very safe walking around, even at night. Even though it was right next to a road the location is very quiet. The ground floor apartment itself was a reasonable size (I was there solo) with 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you'd expect/advertised. Everything was really clean in the apartment too, and the host responds quickly to messages/requests. Overall a pleasant place to spend a few days in Valencia if you want to be outside of the main historic centre and closer to the beaches.
