OMG. It was just awesome. Loved how it was nestled within the walled city. Great views from our room. Even in the fog. Love that there was a fado performance in the late afternoon. We really enjoyed it. Breakfast was fabulous! We were also fortunate to cross paths with a medieval fair that coincided with our visit.

An incredible and historic site with traditional architecture. A true gem in Valença. Highly recommended with a bonus point for the attentive and helpful staff. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
