We stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 nights with our three kids (ages 4 to 8) during our trip to Italy, and it was exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful stay in a small mountain village. The apartment is very spacious and spread over two floors, with the sleeping rooms upstairs, which the kids absolutely loved. The host, Roberta, was very friendly and met us at the apartment. Although we weren’t sure about our exact arrival time due to traffic, communication with Roberta was easy and smooth. There are two public parking lots close to the house—one right after the building on Via Carlo Roncareggi, 8, and another up the hill to the left. We didn't have any issues finding an empty spot at any time during our stay. The village is surrounded by beautiful mountains, offering amazing views. Despite the rain, there was still plenty to enjoy. We explored some local shops and a nearby supermarket, which were more than enough for our needs. We also watched a football match on the village field, where our kids played with others, and enjoyed a small café nearby. We did a short hike and would have loved to go on a longer one if the weather had been better. The location is ideal—only 25 minutes by car to Bellagio on Lake Como and about an hour to Bergamo. The roads are a bit curvy and narrow, but you quickly get used to them. The apartment is well equipped, and Roberta even prepared everything we needed for our first breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others!
