Set in a stunning peaceful valley. Small but very comfortable with everything we needed. The hosts were so friendly and the food was fantastic.

We really liked our stay here. The location is just beautiful in between the hills. The room is small, but big enough for the two of us. The bathroom is separate and works like a charm. There were mosquito nets over the window, which is a great plus. The host doesn’t speak very good English, which made it a bit difficult to have a conversation, but nevertheless you could see that she was very nice and caring. She cooked a homemade meal every morning and evening for us, which where delicious! We booked this room after the Theth-Valbone hike, and the guest house is about 6km from the ending point. We walked this, but later we heard that her husband was coming to pick us up, but there was no communication about this so we didn’t know, ah well, we survived :) Nevertheless we would definitely book here again, for the great meals, the view and the very kind host. Hope to see you again!

Lovely stay at this guesthouse. The owners were the nicest people. Slept super good here during both nights. Comfy and cozy. Best part of the experience: the potato soup at dinner was a complete dream!

Gezim Selimaj was the best stay we had in Albania. it is a bit off from the "center" of Valbona (which is just a street really), but thats actually nice because the surroundings and the incredible view of the mountains are breath-taking and there are really nice hikes around. we were more than happy to have chosen this place. the owner is super sweet and kind and helpful with everything. we had breakfast und dinner every day on our 3 day stay and it was the best and most authentic food we have had in our trip. everything is self made, local and fresh and the portions are big. we definitely recommend it! the room is not big but its comfortable and everything is clean. if you are searching for a local homey place this is the right place for you. thank you for the lovely stay.
