The property is in a really beautiful location, looking out over the Douro valley and nestled in a farm growing lemons and blueberries. It’s just about rural enough to feel really quiet and secluded but close to a couple of small towns / winery hotels for dinners and wine tastings.

The accommodation was wonderful — we felt very comfortable and at home. The premises are beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. Breakfast was fantastic — honestly, the best we had during our trip. But the highlight was Kátia. She took such great care of us — always approachable, never intrusive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were doing well. An outstanding host who made our stay truly special.

Everything was amazing, the hosts were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The view was gorgeous and the vila was very beautiful and comfortable.

Everything is amazing about this place. The location is beautiful, the villa is beyond perfect but there's one thing that tops everything else...the staff...they are the best and go way and beyond to satisfy all of your needs! Coming back to D'Autor Village is like coming back home!
