If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. All visitors are required to park in the public car parks located outside the resort during their stay. Please note that these car parks are public facilities and do not belong to the residence.Reception opening hours are as follows:
Monday from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 19:30,
Tuesday from 17:00 to 19:30,
Wednesday closed,
Thursday from 17:00 to 19:30,
Friday from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 19:30,
Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00,
Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.For stays of one week, keys are available from 17:00 and must be returned by 10:00. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.A credit card pre-authorisation will be required upon arrival (VISA or MASTERCARD). To save time during check-in, we recommend registering in advance via your Pierre & Vacances customer account.The baby kit can be booked on site only, directly with the reception. A shuttle service is available within the resort and throughout the Belleville valley.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is excellent! It’s ski in and ski out. Honestly for this price, it’s absolutely great! The balcony view was great, it’s close the supermarket and bars, the staff were super friendly and they were quick to help with anything we needed.
