The location is amazing and the facilities are wonderful. The staff were beyond helpful, we got caught in a snow storm and all routes were closed so couldnt leave, they worked hard to keep me updated and letting us use the room without charge.

The location of the hotel is very good. Not far from the slopes and a lovely square outside to have lunch and drinks throughout the day. Breakfast was good and the room was lovely with a balcony and wonderful view of the square and mountain. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here. Would recommend replacing the pillows which were very uncomfortable and lumpy. May seem a strange comment but did not like the one shared toilet for the bar/restaurant area. Did not like coming out of the loo to find a guy standing at the urinal! The gym is very large and seemed unused. Maybe installing a changing room would be helpful as we needed to shower and change on our last day after skiing. Overall though lovely hotel and staff.

Great location, good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great standard for 3 stars. Improvements to consider - ski boot dryers would be helpful, bathroom lighting needs to be brighter, aircon (room was too hot even with the window open).
