A really great homestay at a beautiful location. Surrounded by greenery in a serene atmosphere, it's an ideal location to visit to switch off from the daily grind and relax in a peaceful environment. Mrs. Renu, Mr. Binu and Mr. Ramachandran were all great hosts, friendly and were helpful in quickly resolving any issues that arose during the stay. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a reasonably priced homestay near Vaikom Mahadeva temple or Kumarakom. .

Our stay at Anandam Woods was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the peaceful town of Vaikom, this charming heritage homestay is the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth by the hosts. The traditional Kerala-style treehouse was both rustic and refined, with modern comforts carefully preserved within an earthy, wooden charm. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape, a romantic retreat, or a cultural experience, Anandam Woods offers it all. It's not just a place to stay—it's a place to reconnect with nature and simplicity. We left with a full heart and can’t wait to return.

Location is near to the temple. We have not availed food facilities as our relatives are living at Udayanapuram.
