Hotel Overview

The traditional, family run Hotel Vagia is built in Aeginian Architecture with respect to the surrounding environment, just 150 metres from the beach of Vagia.
All rooms are fitted with stone-paved floors and built-in beds. They open to private balconies overlooking the Saronic Gulf, pine forests and the Ancient Temple of Aphaia which is a 30 minute hike away. Each includes air conditioning, a TV, a mini bar and free WiFi.
An awarded homemade breakfast buffet, enriched with pies, cakes and jams, is served daily at the spacious stone-paved terrace surrounded by colourful flowers and various trees. Traditional Greek dinner and local wines are also served on a regular basis.
The reception of the property is open for 16 hours, while access is free 24 hours a day. The property offers a baggage service. Express check-out service is also available.
Room service is available for breakfast from 8:30 to 12:30. The property offers an early breakfast service and can provide meals in a package.
The hotel is situated at a distance of 2 km from the Aphaia ancient temple, 3km from Agios Nektarios Orthodox Monastery, 12km from Aegina Town and 2km from the port of Souvala. The beach of Tourlos is only 1 km away. Car and bike rentals can be provided on request, while yoga classes, massage treatments, snorkeling and diving trips can also be arranged.

Stunning hotel, really friendly staff, very clean and the perfect escape! Good wifi and great breakfast. The beach nearby is lovely although quite small, it’s in a very good location quiet and secluded - with main towns and bigger beaches only about 20-30 minutes away by car.

Nice patio, beautiful garden, clean minimal rooms, nice firm matress. Nice quiet area, nice beach with a view to Aphaia temple
