The hospitality and the location of the room is the best. I really loved the views from the room. The food they provided was also good. It was a very pleasant stay. Loved every bit of it.

Excellent location and the view from the Balcony is beautiful. Food is made to order and the kitchen is so hygienic that we can visit the kitchen and see cooking. The food is very tasty and the price is also reasonable. WiFi facility is available in each room and the network is excellent. Power Backup is available for emergency power shutdown. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Everything was good and staff and food were nice , just a recommendation that the toilet seat looks worn out and due for replacement, also the exhaust sound was very loud and there was a strong smell of disinfectant.

The location was beautiful. We spent a lot of time sitting on our balcony, watching birds and looking at the scenery. The staff were are incredibly friendly and efficient. Staff booked a sunrise jeep ride for us. This was a great experience and took us to many of the nearby sites of natural beauty. Food at the hotel was also great

Lovely property set up in the hills with beautiful views and very quiet. Nice big spacious accommodation and friendly very helpful staff who are arranged a couple of jeep tours which were great fun. Plenty of tea and coffee and water in the rooms which was great and morning was too much trouble.

Excellent stay with natural tea plantation surroundings. Clean rooms and excellent amenities. We can relax with our family. Food was good. Value for money. We booked a standard villa and two rooms. Rooms were spacious

Amazing view and hospitality , just make sure you have jio sim or bsnl , very bad signal for other networks . Well WiFi will be there in hotel ..food to hospitality to stay and the Mountain View from hotel just was amazing ..

The view from the room balcony was suberb and amazing. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.
