We have checked out from ITC and checked in at Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace. During our check-in, we met Mr. Nishant. The hospitality and the care shown by the reception team towards my family were truly commendable—absolutely wow! The room is spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Excellent staff and convenient location. Very close to the station. Decent breakfast spread. The whole team at the hotel is very warm and helpful.
