ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful even though one lady did not speak English at all. Location of the hotel is very nice and views are interesting. nice facilities but complicated desgin.

Everything was perfect , location, helpful staff especially Vika and Darya, clean rooms, spa, swimming pool.If they will do free outdoor swimming pool for the guest of the hotel, it will be very nice.

A very stylish hotel. Nice view from everywhere - room, spa, restaurant, terrace bar. Cool steam room and sauna. Friendly personnel. City center is about 15-20 min to walk.
