A couple members of staff were very helpful especially Angela and another lady with glasses-very helpful bringing fans to the room and also helping remove bugs.

Very pleasant room with fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast very tasty. There was a bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was just outside the hotel. Because the hotel was on the university campus there was no road noise. The windows opened Short walk to a bus stop into Uxbridge where the Metropolitan line takes you straight to Wembley

Accessible, a walk to the station for the Piccadilly line. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. Our room was spacious and with a good en-suite. The breakfast was good with reasonable choice.
