Everything about the apartment is comfortable. Gas braai, perfect location, sea view, walking distance from main beach, shops and mall, staff at gate on the ball always, security very good. The owner of this property very helpful and hands-on with any news in the area, notifications they receive from the complex body corporation, if any.

The property is in a lovely location and everything from the estate pool, beach, shops are all close by. Plenty of braai areas with shade and very well maintained.
