Very nice place, quite large rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. The view on the canal is very relaxing and it's a huge plus of the place. The windows are very solid, so when you close them you don't here the nightlife. The biggest advantage is the location, which is very central. The personnel is nice and helpful. They have an automatic check out, so it is very convenient.

The location was perfect - just 10-15 mins walk from the train station so travelling with heavy luggage was no issue. Kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob, and plenty of kitchenware and utensils. Room was very spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The staff at reception were also very kind, friendly, and helpful. This place is definitely a staple for anyone looking to spend a vacation in Utrecht.
