The staff was really welcoming and they satisfied all of our needs. The location is great and close to the city center, reachable easily by bus. The house is bigger than expected and everything is in perfect condition and new. Overall, I really recommend this place.

The property's location, close to the city, was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful, yet it also had a lively atmosphere. It was clean, and the house had all the basic necessities.

This was the second time my parents stayed at this place because it’s a very convenient place to stay in Utrecht. It offers a good solution for people that want to stay in a quiet place but still close to the city, which is located at a 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus/bike. The houses are furnished and have the essential stuff for cooking/eating and cleaning. Are surrounded by a park where you can have walks or you can bike.
