Ted, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. The location is around 20-25 minutes walking from the main train station. The area is quiet and relaxed. Good value for money.

This hotel is quite a find! It's a bit old-fashioned and very basic in terms of facilities, but it's excellent value and in a really central location. Also, my room had a great desk and an excellent office chair, and the wifi was better than I've found in many other hotels in Utrecht.
