The hotel is beautiful - it's in a lovely part of Utrecht, in a beautiful building, and has huge amounts of historic character nicely offset with some quirky modern touches. The rooms are fabulous, making the most of the old building's charm while providing great facilities such as comfy beds and great showers. The website is excellent and gives you a really good idea of what the rooms look like - although the photos make the rooms look smaller than they are! The staff are lovely too.
