no breakfast included in the price. the situation of the hotel is perfect for long walks in Utrecht. it is a bit hard to walk up to the second floor, the stairs are not too much comfortable. the hot water was excellent in the bathroom, the electric tea kettle and the nespresso coffee machine are a nice surprise.

We stayed in room 1. Lovely bright room, spacious, very clean with great shower and luxurious bed Very near to lovely bars and cafes We soon got used to door key on the phone. Be careful you don’t run your battery down while out. A portable charger would have been useful just in case
