Phorto Bella exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff, including Tata, Elvira, Zulfira, Svets, Lera, and the hotel's head, Alik, were not only exceptionally friendly but also incredibly helpful. The true value lies in the people we encounter, and these individuals made our time in Ust-Kamenogorsk vivid and unforgettable. It felt as if we were in a warm and welcoming family home throughout our stay. Alik went above and beyond by surprising us with a three-hour tour around the city in his own car, for which we are sincerely grateful. This experience allowed us to learn a great deal about the city and its inhabitants. Alik's innovative ideas on enhancing the service sector in Oskemen showcase his pioneering spirit, and I am confident that both his hotel and dedicated staff have a promising future ahead.
