The location and the helpfulness of staff. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. An apartment was really handy. A coffee shop was next door and mini market (photo attached because it doesn’t look like one) on the next corner near Hotel Alto Andino. A Pink Laundry was only a few blocks away. San Martin (the Main Street) is only the next street. Elevator makes it easy too. Weather protected undercover entrance to the building is a bonus too.

New building in an excellent position in Ushuaia downtown, apartments are large and well equipped, the ones with a wonderful view on the bay are obviously better. Tip: add breakfast and you will enjoy the rooftop view at the Alto Andino Hotel.
