The fine print
An Infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government from 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodation from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.When booking 6 rooms or more, a different cancellation policy applies. This is a truly special and beautiful place to spend relaxing days in Zanzibar. The surroundings are stunning, and the people are warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, perfect for unwinding. The food was very good, and the cocktails (included in the all-inclusive package) exceeded our expectations – they were truly good! The staff worked hard to serve drinks by the pool and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The animation team did a fantastic job, especially with the kids. They organized fun activities like swimming competitions, baking, village tours, and even a visit to a local school – all of which our children loved. We can highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere, good quality food and drinks, and a genuine Zanzibar beach experience. The evenings on the beach, playing volleyball and football with local people, were truly enjoyable and unforgettable.

The staff were just amazing. From start to finish they went out of their way to help us with any requests. The entertainment was really good - we loved the silent disco!

Everything was extremely lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The facilities were stunning. I wish to go back again very soon and will recommend it to anyone! We had a wonderful time and will cherish the memories that were made fondly.
