The fine print
An Infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government from 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodation from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.When booking 6 rooms or more, a different cancellation policy applies. There was sufficient items for breakfast, however breakfast is the same every day, There are 2 lovely pools on the resort with a bar at each pool. There are also 2 other bars with 1 being open 24hours. The staff are very friendly and accommdating. We had a wonderful , relaxing stay at the resort. We booked all inclusive and I think that's best as meals and drinks are charged in USD. There are 3 restaurants on the resort, however 1 was under renovation during our stay. We didn't mind as the other 2 restaurants had a variery of meals every day for lunch and dinner.

The Hotel is well maintained, the pools are cleaned, the breakfast and lunch buffet offers a wide variety. The people working in the hotel, greet all, smile all, also seem very happy and friendly. The service was extra good, the room always clean. Every day fresh free water. Every day they assure your mosquito net is sprayed and indeed i did not get much mosquito. The animation was good in the hotel too. Not to much or pushing. There is small shops in the hotel, they have a nice selection and well maintained. The tailor as well did a very good job and she finished the dress within one day!! The themed Indian restaurant was also nice! The lightning in the evening is nice and cosy. I felt safe at all times! Oh and the beach. All beaches are beautiful in Zanzibar but here one need to know that the water removes over 100 meters in the morning and its only good for swimming in the afternoon. Also the palms or not to common on the beach but that is the fauna and flora there! I loved it

The family room was spacious, perfect for our family of 5. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our requests as well as possible. Different pool types, also for little ones.
