Good location and great price, clean and tidy. Breakfast was as advertised and was OK. Good night's sleep after a meal and pint at The Hub next door

Very large room, everything works. High level of privacy, garden view, amenities (coffee shop, garage with Londis Shop). Reception friendly, laid back vibe. Countryside location in Rutland with beautiful views from the front door.

Great location. Friendly staff.. Comfy bed. The complimentary continental breakfast had a good selection.. Lovely fresh linen and towels. Great for a Bridget Hotel. There's also a cafe and bar next door which I didn't visir
