The location is definitely off the beaten track so you need to bring everything you need in terms of essentials, however the owners did provide milk, tea, coffee etc. The options for preparing food are limited no hob or airfryer but we ate out so it wasn't too much of a hassle. We were surrounded by nature and the peace and quiet was amazing.

The property was the perfect size for our stay. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely surrounding views and at night there were fairy lights to help guide the way up. Met two beautiful and friendly dogs who showed us the way to the house upon arrival. Bed and pillows were comfortable, TV was easy to use and the shower had great water pressure. The hosts were accommodating and so helpful and we can’t thank them enough for the amazing stay! Definitely must come back again in the near future.

The location was beautiful. The cabin was cosy and clean. It worked well for us traveling down to the South Island before getting the ferry.
