Very clean and modern ryokan in a pleasant seaside onsen town. We were welcomed kindly and offered coffee while we waited for check in time to arrive. It was lovely to be able to choose a yukata and belt that we liked from a selection! The room had a wonderful view of a waterfront. The private onsen was very hot, but just lovely after we let some cold water in. The public onsen were very clean. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but we enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, and appreciated that coffee was offered (sometimes it’s not an option with traditional breakfasts). Watching the sun set from the public foot bath was just magical.

Beautiful waterfront property with the most amazing private onsen. Loved the staff and the morning breakfasts were filling and delicious. Thanks for a great stay!!

Having a private onsen in our room was nice, since all of the other onsens we have visited were gender-segregated. We had a view of the ocean - including sunset - from our onsen and room windows. The public bath was small but still nice. The Japanese set menu breakfast was very good. Parking across the street at the municipal lot was easy.

The breakfast was superb. Nice ocean view. Free parking across the hotel. Comfortable bed and blanket. The private osen experience was great!
