+ Staff was very friendly + The hotel is very beautiful and the pool area is amazing + Location. You have to walk a bit to the Unawatuna beach and city center (something I knew beforehand) but it's right in front of the beach. So it depends on what you want, but still I believe it has a good location

Room had an amazing view of the sea and a terrific breeze making it the perfect place to chill out with friends. Location is conviniently located next to happening places. Hotel is very clean and very friendly staff. Reccomend to everyone

Located in the beach front and the view is amazing upon the balcony. The staff is very friendly and loved the pool. There is a safe and beautiful beach to have a bath in front of the hotel.
