The hotel is located in a wonderful location near the beach. My wife and I stayed there in April, and it was quite quiet, but probably during the tourist season the noise of night parties will be heard in this hotel. The Lotus room is spacious and cozy, with a large balcony and beautiful sea view. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle, hot water, air conditioning, everything works. The bed linen is good, the towels are fresh. The owner is often in touch to resolve any issues that arise. There are lots of cute cafes nearby and we especially loved Skinny Tom's Deli with its wonderful coffee and pastries. There are many wonderful places around for lunch and dinner, many souvenir shops and exchange points.

Location was great for shops and beach. The room was clean and spacious and Geegee the owner was friendly, kind and very helpful

Perfect location right beside the beach and multiple restaurants and shops. Big beautiful room and also big balcony with sea view. Although it was right next to restaurant the place was quiet and we had a great sleep. Very nice owner who can give you many recommendations about the city and Sri Lanka. He has a very good english.
