Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location with some good restaurants within walking distance.

Very kind reception staff and welcoming, especially Ahmed. The hotel is equipped with everything. The standard of the rooms and their cleanliness are very high.I would definitely come back .

The hotel room was very good, clean and very big, only the breakfast needs to be improved.

Not a day passed without an annoyance because staff incompetence and amateur services. Most annoying staff smoking indoors, inconsistent room services/cleaning and passing the buck when correcting stuff, asif it is ok when other staff mess up (eg. I asked why staff smoke indoors. Reply is they shouldn’t but they still do… and nothing get done about it)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Tulip Amman and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of a vibrant area filled with numerous shops and delightful restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy local attractions. The amenities at the hotel are outstanding, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay, everything is top-notch. Overall, Golden Tulip Amman offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the Amman.
