If you’re thinking of going to Umluj and staying at Shebara, Desert Rock, or Turtle Bay — go to WAVES instead! It’s located right at the beachfront of Umluj, offering a relaxing atmosphere, a beautifully maintained beach, and crystal-clear water for swimming whether in the sea or the pool. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious, and the service and facilities go far beyond expectations. It’s truly great value for money. But what truly makes WAVES special is Nouf, a diamond none of the other resorts have! She will make your experience double, triple, quadruple… whatever you want to call it! She made our stay absolutely exceptional. I’ve stayed in many branded resorts across Saudi Arabia and around the world, but the experience Nouf created for us was beyond anything I’ve ever imagined. She deserves to be known by everyone visiting Umluj or staying at WAVES and by the hotel management too, which is exactly why I’m writing this review (and I rarely ever write reviews!). From room upgrades to discounts, special arrangements for our occasion, and her attention to every single detail, everything was 100%. I even extended my stay because of how overwhelming the kindness and care were! If I could give a thousand stars, I would! Just to be clear, I have zero collaboration with Nouf or the hotel. If you like, tell her you want an experience like Osman’s, or don’t tell her at all, either way, she won’t fail to impress you. I’ll definitely go back again and again. It was a truly unforgettable experience of relaxation, kindness, and genuine care. Go to WAVES, enjoy your time, and make sure you meet Nouf!
