The property is small, but self-contained with everything provided eg. good supply of kitchen utensils and plates/bowls etc., good washing machine and drier, linen, towels, pillows, iron, umbrellas, games, books. It is clean and neat with everything working. It only has a front entrance with a rolladoor with a fob key to open so no back entry or entry or gate. Only 5 minutes walk to Umina beach.

The house was beautiful and a decent size. Had plenty of stuff in the cupboards for our family to use.

The location is superb - an easy short walk to the beach and surf club. Easy walking distance to Umina shops and cafes. You don’t really need a car to stay here. The house is well equipped and very clean. Lots of natural light in every room and modern ceiling fans and aircon make it comfortable even on very hot days.
