The staff is really great - they helped us a lot and were super kind. The location of the hotel was also really great. Umea is not that big in the first place but the hotel is in the middle of the city centre. The breakfast is really nice as well. This hotel is definitely worth a stay.

Nice hotel in a great location! Only thing I wasn’t happy with was that the aircon didn’t work in the room and it got very stuffy and hot. The staff had a fix which didn’t work.
