Everything! The staff were so lovely & kind, the villa & gardens were spotless & provided everything we needed. It was a special birthday, they decorated our villa & had a cake with candles & a happy birthday song from the staff. Location was good, we hired a motorbike. We are seasoned travellers to Bali & this is up there with the best 😁 we will definitely stay again.

Our villa was exceptional! Very clean, with well stocked amenities and lots of space. The surrounding outside walls were a little dated but we felt that this added to the genuine atmosphere. We saw lots of native gecko's scrambling around, which we loved, as they ate the bugs! Our pool was lovely and chlorinated well. The aircon was a little unreliable but cooled our room sufficiently when needed. The bed was HUGE and so comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was an absolute dream! It was lovely to return after a long day of being tourists to a spotless and lovely space. We had the free breakfast included in our package. There was an excellent range and it was always delivered on time and setup beautifully for us each morning -absolutely loved that we could start every day with the beautiful hospitality from our hosts. Each meal was delicious! The staff of Bali Prime Villas always went over and above to ensure we had a comfortable stay and always had good knowledge and advice on nearby attractions, they managed our laundry services, and always checked in to see if we needed anything, as well as a free daily shuttle into Seminyak. The staff explained how grab and gojek work and helped us navigate the local customs as this was out first time to Bali. Agung was extremely helpful in getting us in contact with local drivers for day tours and quick trips around Canggu and Seminyak, as well as dropping us to a great market on our last day before collecting us to take us to the airport. Any questions we had the team at Bali Prime Villas were more than happy to help and offer advice.
