Clean rooms, AC, garden, BBQ outside grill, quiet room, friendly owner, toys for children available, quiet location. Location from the beach is as described. Walking is required, but nothing bad. It is acceptable and healthy. It was better than we expected.

Location is great. Easy to park the car. You have the standard required stuff you need in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick response time.

Very nice appartment, close to the sea. Well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine (and my favourite Lavazza Oro capsules :) ) The host was really kind and supportive. Hopefully we can visit again App Zlatar!

We love our stay at App Zlatar IV. Amazing one-bedroom room, very clean and comfortable. Walk distance to the Stella Maris beach and facilities. Thank you Kristina for your attention. Recommended.
