Everything you could need. Perfect for our weekend in Swanage visiting friends. Kate was delightful - nothing was too much trouble.

Smart modern, very comfortable bed, every thing you could need and more for a hotel like accommodation, if your expected a self catering accommodation, this is not for you, but if you just need a small drinks fridge, kettle with tea coffee, sugar and milk, a modern shower room, and plenty of storage for your clothes, this is for you. Always had a space to park on the side of the road out the front of the accommodation. I’ve stayed in hotel rooms that are nowhere near as good as Kate’s place. Highly recommend.

Lovely room, attached to the house with own own access. Easy to check in. Sort walk to the town centre, easy to park on the road. Lovely little touches in the room such as fresh milk and coffee facilities. Bed was also nice and comfy.
