Fantastic lodge in a peaceful setting. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Left yesterday and alteady planning our next stay.

Literally not a single complaint. As soon as you step foot in the door you feel right at home. Some local gifts on arrival and a well written and thought through booklet with every piece of information you will need on your stay. The place is spotless and very well built! We stayed down from London for my wife’s birthday and a get away from busy city to wind down and we were greeted with the most relaxing environment to do so. Walking up in nature, to the birds chirping. Some fantastic walks, some great local food. We drove down to Manchester to watch a football game, which wasn’t too far a drive compared to the one from London. I would say it’s a place to stay for all kinds of visitors, I would come back with our children, friends or parents!! I will most certainly make this a yearly visit!
