For the safety of all our guests, our beach facilities and La Spiaggia are temporarily unavailable. As an alternative, we offer a complimentary private car service to the nearest beaches or beach clubs. The resort will cover any applicable entrance fees to these locations; however, any personal consumption will be at the guests' expense.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Luxury resort, great service, all staff really tries their best to keep you happy all the time, lots of complimentary services like washing clothes, refreshment at the pool, soft drinks at the villa, etc.

this is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. we were welcomed by Putu, who was so helpful and ensured that we were relaxed from the moment we stepped foot on the property. a big and special thank you to Stefanus, your attention to detail and the way you go out of your way to help us clients is remarkable! stefanus made our stay even more special!! thank you so much! the restaurants and breakfast are all fantastic - both the food and the staff! the villa, the views, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL!
