Except for the night staff at the lobby, all the staff at the hotel were very attentive. Everyone was solution-oriented and kind. We were very pleased with everyone, from the hotel manager to the waiters. The food was delicious and sufficient. We loved everything we ate. The hotel's location and direct access to the ski room were excellent. Getting to and from the slopes was very comfortable. The room size was very adequate, and the rooms were very warm. A special thanks to Mr. Gülkan for his attentiveness. He was everywhere at all times. They are very lucky to have such a staff member. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is quite sufficient. We also want to thank the hotel for accommodating the needs of our family with a baby and our pregnant friend to ensure their comfort. Everyone in the ski room was very kind and attentive. Direct access from inside the hotel is possible.
