A small hotel, but laid out very well. Upgraded room 👍👍- clean & well laid out. Helpful receptionist - speaking perfect English, advice on where to go/eat/see. & Parking. Breakfast had a good selection, & fresh.

Nice small hotel close to the city centre. Our room was under the roof - but there was an air conditioner. Breakfast was small but we had everything we needed. There are couple of parkings nearby - 20 EUR per day.

The location was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly. The location is excellent being very close to the centre of town. The aircon was a necessity in heatwave. Bike store available. Bed very comfortable, shower room very good.

this is an excellent family run hotel. The location is perfect for exploring ULM and also quiet. Parking was easily found and the messaging from the hotel was brilliant. It all worked very smoothly.
