Guests are asked to pick up their room key at the hotel reception prior to entering the public parking garage,otherwise they can't use the lift. For security reasons, the parking garage elevator is only accessible with a hotel key. Vehicles with a height up to 2 metres can access the garage. Please note that reservation is not necessary.Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to inform the hotel of this when making their reservation.The reception is open 24/7. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.For group reservations a special cancellation policy is applied:
- for 5 or more rooms, a cancellation is free or charge until 1 day prior to arrival.
- for 10 or more rooms, a cancellation is free or charge until 3 days prior to arrival.

The room are large and fot a family with kids you get a separate room with a door!!! That's great for many reasons and far better yo have a the kids in separate room!

Great hotel close to the centre. Easy parking below the hotel .we had a very large room with a comfortable bed , the bathroom was big with a lovely shower . Very impressed

Practical and comfortable room. Excellent selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Access to underground parking ideal for guests transiting Ulm.
