Spacious, spotlessly clean and well located near the centre of Ulladulla with the shops in easy walking distance. Good communication with the owners. An easy place to stay.

Room was very comfortable, although the beds were very high! This is an unstaffed motel so take this into consideration. We did have trouble getting into a room, was reassigned another room. That room didn't have a window (room 6), but was bigger and set up for people with a disability. We then asked for a room with a window. This was all done over the phone and the staff member was very accomodating and helpful. Our final room was a queen bed with a single, so the room was very full. The bathroom was great. Good for one night stay.
