The apartments are beautifully designed, clean, and modern, offering a variety of room sizes to suit different needs. Guests can enjoy a spacious, fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a smaller kitchen on the top floor. The top-floor balcony is a highlight, featuring sunbeds, a table, and chairs—perfect for relaxing. There's also thier private parking next to the apartment. The hosts were exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, and everything is easily accessible, especially if traveling by car. If we return to Ulcinj, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment complex! 🌟 The host was truly exceptional — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. She even gave us a ride to the store and was constantly making sure we were comfortable, even helping in the kitchen and with the dishes. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, each with its own fridge and air conditioning, which made our stay extra comfortable. The large shared kitchen was well-equipped, and the big terrace was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. This place really felt like home thanks to the warm hospitality and fantastic facilities. We can’t recommend it enough!

Very kind hosts, amazing value for money! Comfortable and very soft mattress. Our room had a normal sized fridge, mosquito net and great air conditioning! Thank you so much!
