Everything! It’s so quiet and peaceful but with great views of the sea and mountains. Easy to reach the old town of Ulcinj and there is a great beach bar within easy walking distance for sunset views and drinks. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sun and shade spots and a little pool bar. The owners are super friendly and kind and it is one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Good location, 5 min to beach. Very nice owner, good communication. Pool area with self service bar. Private parking. Apartment was very nicely decorated, clean, large balcony with sea view. I would return again.

The place of the apartments is perfect, bit on the hill, 10 min. to main street with bars, or from beach. Perfect pool lounge. Very nice view to the sea. Big balcony. TV and air conditioning working properly. If you get lucky and will get renovated appartaments, place will be rated 10 out of 10.
