We had a really nice stay here. The location was one of the best parts, right in the center of the old town in Ulcinj. The view from the room was beautiful, with the sea on one side and the old town on the other. It felt very relaxing, especially in the evening. The room was clean and cozy and everything we needed was there. The owner was also very friendly, easy to communicate with and always replied quickly whenever we needed something. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Ulcinj.

Family run business. We were greeted by the son whose name is Arman I think. He was welcoming, helpful and charismatic. Our room was upgraded for free to one with a sea view which was amazing and so kind of them to do so. Large bathroom, clean pleasant room and the balcony was beautiful. They also have a restaurant in old town which was probably the best one there. The same family was also working there and always came to chat and recommend things. This place was lovely and great value for money, in the centre of Old Town with the cobblestone streets was just perfect, a small beach 2 minute walk down from the hotel made it paradise. Overall, highly recommended more people book this hotel and if we get the chance we will 100% be back, great family, great hotel, and great restaurant, amazing all round.

The room had a lovely view of the sea and we vert much enjoyed the balcony. It was well located in old town. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. We visited in October and everything was very quiet with no breakfast available unfortunately.

Amazing view. Could spend hours on our balcony morning or evening ( bit hot in the afternoon). Close to excellent restaurants in quiet old town & well away from brash strip of bars & town beach. Food in the old town is top notch.
