Modern, clean and calm residence away from the busy road. Huge swimming pool which is thoroughly cleaned every day. Very friendly and reactive landlord.

Leo is great and the pool area is beautiful and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely walk into ulcinj along the coast that is worth exploring, although it is mostly shaded, it's better to avoid walking at midday.

The villa was immaculate, the pool was exceptionally clean & the location was great. There is a carnival for the children right opposite the apartment & the beach is just a 5 min walk. The host Leo speaks English and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this villa.

Beautifully clean pool, plenty of comfy sun loungers, well equipped rooms, plenty of parking.
