Great place albeit a bit small. Comfy beds, good amenities besides the shower and a nice living room with Netflix! Free laundry also

This place was truly my home away from home! I came back several times in between trips. The beds are really comfortable, there’s a curtain, a light and a charging plug, and the lockers are spacious. There’s a washing machine you can use and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook your own meals. It’s very clean, they clean every day. It’s also very cosy, there’s even a living room with TV and Netflix! Perfect for resting and recharging:) The location is great as it’s near many shops and restaurants, the state department store, and the Chinggis Khan square. Agge, the owner, is really kind and flexible. He made sure I was having everything I needed and I could message him through WhatsApp for any problems I had or for rebooking.

Agge was very attentive and helpful. Location is very good, just a short walk to Sukhbaatar Square. Accommodation is clean.

Great location, clean and cozy, long nice beds with curtains for more privacy. You can even wash your loundry here. The owner is very caring and helpful for all the guests with their questions. Nice livingroom for relaxing and socialising with other guests. In the kitchen is all you need there to be. I recommend this place and will chooce it again if I ever go back to UB.
