Best Western is an excellent choice for staying in Ulaanbaatar. The hotel is centrally located, close to museums and the city's main shops. The room was large, clean, and had a beautiful view of Parliament Square and surrounding area. The breakfast was good, with sweet and savory options, fresh fruit... The staff were very friendly, especially Khulan and Nandia at the front desk. Special thanks to the front desk manager. I enjoyed staying at this hotel for two nights upon arrival in Mongolia and two nights before departing for Italy. For the remaining days in Mongolia, after many research and quotes from various local travel agencies, I chose Davaa, which I contacted through her website, Mongol Ujin Camp & Tours. She organized for me the most beautiful trip of the 65 countries I've visited so far. Best Western and Davaa were the best choices for my trip to Mongolia !

Amazing location, just 100 m from Sukhbaatar Square. We used transfer from airport organized by hotel (available for a fee), driver was very punctual and reliable. The staff was extremely kind. Our room was very big and equipped with every comfort. Breakfast was delicious.

The location was very good, the room so spacious and with many windows where you could see all the city. The furnitures were very nice, there are two bathrooms, many facilities in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were indifferent. They didn’t help us, when we wanted smth in the room ( for example blankets), they didn’t bring. The staff were not not friendly.
