The fine print
Please note that a smart casual dress code applies after 19:30 for dinner time. This entails long trousers for the men. This means no jeans, t-shirts, running shoes or flip flops. Please note that only registered guests are allowed on the premises.Top Season: please note that bookings from December 19th up to and inclusive January 3rd can be confirmed only as follows :
1) If Client makes a 30% deposit within 14 days from date of booking if reservation is made by an East African Resident.
2) by Client sending copy of confirmed air ticket within 14 days of date of booking if reservation is made by overseas clients.Please note that during end of the year festivities, your stay might be disrupted by music from other hotels. The property apologises for the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay and good rest after a safari. The room was very nice and cozy. Staff was very helpful and friendly and delicate at the same time. Anyone could help us with any issue even if it is not his responsibility. We felt very welcome and relaxed. The food was absolutely perfect! We didn't mind dress code for the dinner as the hotel creates a good restaurant vibe (menu a la card, great food like lobster or crab beautifully served in very quiet and romantic atmosphere). Large green territory very well thought and taken care of. There is even baobab by the pool! There were no animation which we also liked - no loud music etc. Quiet and peaceful. We liked this place a lot and would definitely come back if we are in Kenia.

Room was spacious and very clean. Aircon worked perfectly. Drinking water was replenished daily or upon request. The staff very all extremely friendly and helpful. The dinner menu changed daily and had a selection of seafood, meats and vegetarian dishes and you can have multiple main courses if you are still hungry. Lunch menu and massage were priced reasonably. There is a private beach on property grounds overlooking the sea, and security guard making sure we were not disturbed by the beach boys while on hotel grounds. The hotel operates a no tipping policy.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and went far beyond what we expected. The location is perfect – peaceful and right next to the beach, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were excellent: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive – always going above and beyond to make sure every wish was fulfilled. You rarely see this level of care, even in higher-class hotels. I will genuinely miss them. The food was another highlight. Breakfast was a generous buffet with plenty of delicious options, and dinner was à la carte – beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Full credit to the chef for creating such amazing meals every day! I can’t recommend this place enough. We’re already dreaming of coming back.
