The fine print
For our guests' convenience, we offer a direct transfer from the airport via a scheduled speedboat. The speedboat operates two trips daily between the airport and Ukulhas, as detailed below:Scheduled Speedboat Trip:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Departure Times: 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM (Fridays: 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM)Guests can transfer directly from the airport or from Jetty number 1 in Male (if staying in Male). Our airport representative at help counter D11 will assist guests waiting at the airport.Please be aware that the boat may not depart exactly on schedule and could experience slight delays.Return Transfer:
- Departure from Ukulhas: 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM (Fridays: 2:00 PM)
- Arrival at the Airport: Approximately 8:40 AM and 2:40 PM (Fridays: around 3:40 PM)
- Departure Point: Ukulhas JettyImportant Notes:
- Pre-reservation is required one day in advance.
- Due to weather conditions, the boat may leave earlier on some days at 6:00 AM, arriving at the airport by approximately 7:45 AM.
- At the same time, the boat can be requested to leave at 6am from Ukulhas, if the guests have an earlier flight time.
- All prices are quoted in USD; payments in MVR (local currency) will differ, but payments in Euro can be accepted.
- Please note that alcohol is not included in any of our meal plans as we are located on a local island in the Maldives.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff and the owner are extremely nice and kind people...always available and we genuinely caring . Sea La Vie is an oasis in a jungle of construction around it on Ukulhas ...once we were inside the courtyard we could forget the huge construction..although occasionally we could still hear it. Sea la Vie does a nice breakfast...and the lunch or dinner is served at an adjacent restaurant..which was friendly and tasty. Nice location, too, on the beach .. bathroom was spacious..plenty of hangers for snorkeling gear to dry. The reef was quiet nice ...not the best we've seen ...but easy to get to. Some sharks and a turtle. Some live coral ...good in places. The very best was the morning mantra ray trip ...and aod boat trip early in the morning just for us two . Very recommended.

Very cosy boutique resort run by very attentive owner and manager who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious and they even baked and packed it for us when we left very early morning. The private excursion they also booked for us perfectly met our needs.

Amazing staff, 100/10 welcoming and baby-friendly. Shiena and her team was always present and helpful. Even went "the extra mile" to help us sending a missing toy our son left in the room Breakfast was delicious Rooms spacious, modern and super clean The most comfortable bed we've had in the Maldives Good location next to the beaches and main road of Ukulhas
