BF not include. both the owner and his son Mr. Parvesh were very helpful and cooperative. on reacing room was not vaccated, helped us in giving room in nearby guesthouse to get ready. on day of checkouthe in the evening let us have another room for 2 hrs on small payment.

The host Praveshji is a no nonsense person. Ideally post booking your stay here, just let him know of your plan to cover Ujjain. And he will ensure you get the best time and experience of the stay. The property has parking facility. The rooms are clean, and well maintained. The property provides home cooked veg satvic meals from a nearby location known to them personally All in all it’s a home away from home
