The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t do enough for me! The room was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect for popping into town. Great garage as well for storing my bike. Best place on my trip so far!

Laurie & Roberto were excellent hosts from the moment we arrived. Excellent for bikers as secure storage in their garage block. Laurie gave us a map and talked through the restaurants, walks points of interest. After exploring the area and relaxing on the riverbank Laurie showed us to our room which was outstanding. They have done a lovely job renovating the property, it all felt very homely. We then had a lovely pot of tea sat in the garden relaxing in our surroundings. Continental breakfast with fresh pastries sat on the patio. Laurie even washed some clothes for us which was very welcomed as limited luggage for two on a motorbike. The village is beautiful we wished we had stayed longer, we would definitely stay again. Laurie & Roberto were second to none hosts in our opinion went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Nick & Clare Davies.

We loved everything about Maison Bernatenia. The decor the cleanliness the comfort. The owners Laurie and Rob were so hospitable the perfect place to stay
